Terms of payment and return

The Bezbrok Internet platform was created for direct cooperation between the owner and the client; the main goal of the platform is to do without intermediaries and their interest for renting/purchasing/selling real estate.

1. The interface on the website informs the User about the current prices for the selected paid services. All prices indicated on the portal are gross prices (including VAT) and are indicated in national currency (UAH). 2. Payments made within the service are made in advance - in the full amount required to order a paid service, before the start of provision - using the payment system provided on the portal. 3. The provision of paid services begins after full crediting of payment to the account. 4. At his own discretion, the user can make a payment using one of the available payment methods in accordance with the information provided in the process of selecting one of the services. 5. The use of one payment method will require the establishment of separate legal relations with the provider of this payment service and the acceptance of its rules. The Bezbrok portal is not a party to such relationships and has no ability to interfere with their content or execution. In case of problems with payment, the user must contact the relevant operator to find out the reason or file a complaint. However, in exceptional cases and within the limits of technical and organizational capabilities, the portal can help the user solve the problem. The portal is not responsible for payment services provided by external providers of such services. 6. The Bezbrok portal, if technically possible and the user can be identified, can provide the user with an Acceptance Certificate for paid services provided. The User undertakes to sign and send a signed copy of the Certificate within 5 (five) calendar days after receiving the Certificate. If within the specified period the User does not send a signed copy of the Act, the paid services provided by the portal are considered accepted without claims to the quality and timing of provision. 7. In the event of premature termination of an advertisement due to its deletion, blocking, successful transaction, the number of remaining impressions purchased in the selected service package remains on the account balance. 8. Ads that violate the law or the Rules for using the portal, in particular those that are added to the wrong category, similar or those that duplicate each other, that are repeated repeatedly, that contain offensive or pornographic materials, attempts at fraud, those that violate copyrights will be deleted, and the number of impressions purchased in the selected service package will remain on your account balance. 9. Funds for properly provided services are non-refundable. If the portal finds the possibility of returning funds for services that were properly provided, such funds in any case can be returned no more than once every 6 (six) months to one account.
