Terms of use

This agreement is concluded between “BEZBROK” (hereinafter referred to as the site administration) - a company providing access and services to the site bezbrok.com (hereinafter referred to as the site), and an individual visiting the pages of the site or using at least one of the services provided within the site (hereinafter referred to as the site visitor). The User Agreement governs the use of resources, services, site capabilities, and the platform provided by the site administration for receiving and posting information.

Site visitor 1.1. A site visitor is any individual who has visited and viewed at least one page of the site without prior registration and authorization on the site. 1.2. A visitor who registers and logs in using unique individual data becomes a user of the site. 1.3. The user has access to advanced features provided within the site. 1.4. In order to use the resources, services and capabilities of the site, the user must first confirm his acceptance of the Agreement. The user has no right to use the site if he has not accepted the terms of the Agreement. 1.5. The visitor does not have the right to use the services of the site and cannot accept the terms of the Agreement if he has not reached the legal age for concluding such agreements; or has not fulfilled other conditions for concluding such agreements provided for by law.

Use of site materials2.1. Only registered visitors - users of the site - can use the interactive resources of the site, publish their own materials and exchange personal data. 2.2. The user has the right: 2.2.1. Post advertisements; 2.2.2. Exchange information and personal data; 2.2.3. Use the site’s resources in another way that does not contradict the basics of its activities. 2.2.4. Do shopping. 2.3. Copyrights for site materials, resources and services, unless otherwise indicated, belong to the site administration. 2.4. Copying site materials without the written consent of the administration is prohibited. 2.5. All duly registered names, names, trademarks, symbols and slogans are the property of their rightful owners. The site materials do not use the ® and/or ™ icons to indicate them.

Rules for writing and posting advertisements 3.1. When writing advertisements, as well as during any kind of communication with another user, all parties must adhere to the established rules and restrictions. (Link) 3.2. Ignorance of the rules, including restrictions on posting information and using the site’s resources, does not relieve the visitor (including the user) of the site from complying with them, and in case of their violation, from liability in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine. 3.3. The following is prohibited on the site: 3.3.1. Using the site for other purposes (for example, to collect information about other users, real estate objects); 3.3.2. Offensive behavior towards other visitors, as well as representatives of the site administration; 3.3.3. Posting obscene statements and materials, false information; 3.3.4. Publishing messages with the aim of provoking an irritated reaction from other resource participants; 3.3.5. Placement of unauthorized advertising; 3.3.6. Posting materials containing offensive language, signs of discrimination based on national, ethnic, racial or religious affiliation; 3.3.7. Unauthorized posting by the user of materials, the copyrights of which belong to third parties; 3.3.8. Placement in the advertisement of a telephone number, or any other method of communication in any form (numbers, symbols simulating numbers, words, photographs or other means); 3.3.9. Creating accounts in which the user name imitates service names (Administrator, Moderator, etc.), or is similar to the name of an already registered user; 3.3.10. Use of capital letters, punctuation marks and special characters in message texts, except in cases regulated by the rules of the language used; 3.3.11. Publication of calls for a violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order, the seizure of state power; to change the state border of Ukraine; to pogroms, destruction of property, seizure of buildings or structures; to aggression or the outbreak of a military conflict; other actions and publication of any messages prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine; 3.3.12. Placing an advertisement that repeats in whole, in part or in meaning and content previous advertisements, including those removed by the site administration on the basis of this Agreement. 3.4. The site prohibits the placement of advertisements that are devoid of information load and are not related to the subject of the resource.

Responsibility for posting materials 4.1. Within the site, users are provided with a platform for selling real estate. Any user can express their opinion on the subject of the site. 4.2. Responsibility for the accuracy of information posted in public sections of the site lies solely with its author. 4.3. Public sections of the site are subject to post-moderation - checking by a moderator (an authorized representative of the site Administration) after posting messages. 4.4. A visitor who considers the information on the site to be such that it directly violates someone’s interests, and the user who posted the information, can contact the Site Administration to resolve disagreements caused by the information posted on the site. Such visitors and/or users are first obliged to independently, through communication within the site, try to resolve issues that are controversial in their opinion, taking reasonable measures to do so. 4.5. The site administration has the right to terminate the Agreement with the user at any time, including if the user has violated any provision of the Agreement or committed actions that clearly indicate that the user does not intend or cannot comply with the provisions of the Agreement. 4.6. The moderator, if the user violates the terms of this provision, may delete the posted information; block account; deny user access to the site or exclude access to part of the site’s capabilities by IP address, email and phone number. 4.7. A clearly reasoned challenge to the actions of moderators is possible by communicating with the site Administration.

Privacy agreement 5.1. The procedure for collecting and using information that may be considered confidential is carried out on the basis of the Confidentiality Agreement. 5.2. By accepting the terms of this Agreement or visiting the pages of the site, the visitor automatically agrees to the terms of the Privacy Agreement regarding the use of personalized and non-personalized confidential information, respectively. 5.3. Collection, storage, use, processing of information received by the site administration as a result of a private person (visitor or user) visiting its sites and/or filling out registration forms, including personal data of users, is carried out by the site administration in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. An individual (visitor or user) understands and consents to the collection and processing of his personal data by the site administration within the framework and for the purpose provided for by the terms of the User Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; undertakes to notify the site administration in writing about changes in his personal data.

Processing and storage of your personal data 6.1. We guarantee the confidentiality of personal data and apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data. 6.2. We may store two types of personal data: 6.2.1. Identification data including first name, last name and IP address; 6.2.2. Contact information, including email and phone number of the user. 6.3. We process personal data for several reasons: 6.3.1. So that site visitors have the opportunity to post advertisements and communicate using our platform (if they have such a desire). 6.3.2. To ensure the functioning of services (for example, to display relevant advertisements). 6.3.3. So that site visitors have the opportunity to receive our newsletter if they have a subscription. 6.3.4. So that we have the opportunity to collect statistics. We need statistics for two reasons: to see whether our services are available to site visitors, and also to understand how site visitors use our services, thereby making the services more convenient for visitors based on the observations received. 6.3.5. We use the data received from you (first and last name, phone number, email address) only if we obtain your consent to the rules for processing such data. 6.4. Retention periods for different data may vary 6.4.1. Personal data that allows us to analyze the availability of services is stored for three years. 6.4.2. Personal data that provides the ability to leave advertisements is stored until you stop using this function. If you want to delete this data, delete your Profile in your personal settings 6.4.3. The personal data we store is not used to personalize anything anywhere (in legal terms, this means that we do not create any automated decisions or create any profiles based on this data). 6.5. You have the right to: 6.5.1. The ability to change your personal data if it is not complete enough and/or has changed. 6.5.2. Deleting your personal data. 6.5.3. If you believe that your rights and interests have been violated, you can file a claim. We will do our best to rectify the situation. For this purpose, please send us an email to: help@bezbrok.

Cookies 7.1. To make your visit to the site more convenient, to track site visits and to improve the service, we collect a small piece of information sent from your browser, so-called cookies. If you wish, you can disable the sending of cookies (please refer to your Browser settings to find out how to do this). However, please note that disabling cookies may limit your ability to use the site.

Final provisions 8.1. By filling out the registration form on the site, the visitor automatically accepts the terms of this Agreement. 8.2. The visitor accepts the terms of the Agreement in the event of actual use of the site. In this case, the user understands and agrees that the site administration will regard the user’s use of the site as acceptance of the terms of the Agreement from the relevant point in time. 8.3. The activities of the site administration are carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Any claims, disputes and official appeals will be considered exclusively in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine. 8.4. The site administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by Visitors, Users or third parties, as well as for lost profits as a result of the activities of bezbrok.com. 8.5. The user agrees that he is solely responsible (and that the site administration is not liable to the user or any third parties) for any violation by the user of his obligations under this Agreement, as well as for all consequences of such violations (including any loss or damage, which the site administration may incur). 8.6. The terms of this Agreement can be changed by the site administration unilaterally.
